Invite New Portal Users

Giving access to your team for the Ops Portal is quick and easy! 

How to Invite New Users: 

• Login to the portal
• Go to CONFIG on left side

• Go to INVITE at top of page
• Click on the (+) in the top right hand corner of the page
• Type in the email address you would like to send an invite to

You can add cellphone numbers as users as well. Below is how to configure the cellphone number into an email for different carriers: 

• Verizon - ten digit cell number @vtext.com
• AT&T - ten digit cell number @txt.att.net
• Sprint - ten digit cell number @messaging.sprintpcs.com
• T-Mobile - ten digit cell number @tmomail.net

How to Remove Old Users: 

• Contact us with the users that need to be removed
