Replacement Monitors

I just got a replacement monitor. How do I install it?

Please uninstall, and re-install the setup app. Get the new app here.

You can use the installation instructions to set up your new monitor. 

Will I still be able to see the data from my old monitor?

We are developing a quick and easy way to combine the data between 2 monitors so that you can see a continuous trend. Right now we do assign the data from your old unit to your new unit, but this process generally takes up to 2 weeks.

I had both my old and new monitor on my app, but the old one disappeared.

We may have de-commissioned your old device. Don't worry - we won't do this unless we assign the old data to your new device. De-commissioning allows us to test your old device so that we can work to prevent errors in the future.
